“Go way back to get back to you.”
With all of the lists of things we have to accomplish in our daily lives, we may not feel like we have the time to add ‘self reflection’ to it, let alone as one of the urgent priorities!
But, in doing so, we certainly can save a heck of a lot of time wasted on spinning in circles attempting to achieve certain things in our lives, that don’t seem to be manifesting to our liking.
Not only are our patterns of behaviour a direct link from past experiences that have touched us, or worse, scarred us; our external circumstances and surroundings are also a result of what our inner beliefs are and our views of what we feel we deserve.
We can offer ourselves the help of Guidance from professional sources to help us tap into a subconscious energy and understanding of why we do what we do, even when we know what we know.
However, the power of sitting in silence, in a harmonious and intimate little ‘one on one’ with our Higher Self may be just what the doctor ordered.
We can take a moment to open our mind’s eye and see how far back we must go to identify what may be holding us back or making us do certain things; or withhold certain things from ourselves that would truly make us happy.
We have so much more power than we give ourselves credit for. We must step in to this power, rather than spending so much time discrediting our capabilities to create a well balanced and blissful life, whatever that looks like to us!
